President & CEO | Board Chairman | Founder
Chad started the Fluttering Wings Foundation in honor of his mom, Kathy Zingler. He watched his dad care for her through her illness, and saw the pain, loneliness and depression that come with it. In his years in healthcare, he saw the same thing in family after family: caregivers need support too, and too often there's none. He wants them to have somewhere to turn. Western New York is home, so that's where Fluttering Wings is starting.
His motto is simple: "Be kind. Help one another." A little kindness goes a long way. He wants everyone he works with to feel respected and heard, and he's always looking for a way to help someone else, just as his mom taught him.
Over more than 14 years in healthcare sales, across healthcare technology, medical devices and diagnostics, Chad helped organizations grow revenue by seven and eight figures. Today he is a Strategic Customer Success Manager at ServiceTitan. He is also co-owner of The Forge, a strength and conditioning gym built on community and accountability, and President and Co-founder of Blue Lime Companies, a real estate holding company.
Steven Kiernan II
Board Director
Steven has spent more than two decades getting stalled businesses growing again. He built the first sales and growth engines at Pointman and Field Nimble, growing both to more than 1,500 contractors across North America before they were sold. He has started, bought and sold companies, and he advises founders and leaders on the decisions that matter most. Steven and Chad met in college and were friends long before they became business partners at Blue Lime Companies and The Forge.
Beth Soltero
Board Director
Beth is a respected clinical researcher in Texas with more than 35 years in the field. For two decades she was Administrative Director of the Soltero Cardiovascular Research Center at Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas, a nationally recognized heart research center that bears her name. Since 2010 she has consulted on clinical trials through Soltero Resources, building site budgets and helping research teams run well. She has served on the board of directors of GlobeAware since 2015. Beth was a close friend of Chad's mom, Kathy, and is family to the Zinglers.
